Can I submit my own design or inspiration images?
Yes. We welcome sketches, renderings, architectural drawings, or inspiration images as a starting point. Our team will translate your vision into production-ready shop drawings.
Are custom orders refundable?
Custom pieces are non-refundable once shop drawings have been approved and production has begun. We take time upfront during the consultation and drawing phase to ensure full alignment before any work starts.
Do you work with trade clients on custom orders?
Yes. Interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors are welcome. We're experienced working within project timelines and can accommodate specifications and submittals as needed.
What stone materials are available for custom pieces?
Material options can be discussed during your consultation based on availability and project requirements.
Is there a minimum order size?
