How does tiered pricing work?
Trade pricing is based on cumulative volume and spend with Stone + Steel. Your discount tier increases as your project history with us grows. Your dedicated contact will walk you through your current tier and what's needed to move up.
Is there a minimum order size?
No. There are no order minimums for trade accounts. A single custom piece and a 30-unit hospitality order receive the same level of care and attention.
Can I submit custom specifications for a client project?
Yes. Trade clients have full access to our custom fabrication capabilities including custom dimensions, stone selection, edge profiles, and finishes. Your dedicated contact will manage the process from spec to delivery.
Do you work on hospitality and multi-unit projects?
Yes. We regularly work on hotel, restaurant, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. Our fabrication facility is equipped to handle large-scale orders with consistent quality across every unit.
Do you provide documentation for submittals?
Yes. We can provide spec sheets, CAD drawings, material cut sheets, and technical documentation to support your project submittals and client approvals.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved, followed by an introduction to your dedicated account contact.
